FreshBooks - The New Way to Invoice Your Clients

If you provide a service it can really be a pain to invoice your clients. There are so many invoicing solutions out there but I want something simple. Fresh Books may be the answer. I have just set up a free FreshBooks account to check it out.

There are a couple FreshBooks features that I am really interested in:

  • It’s easy to create, send and manage client invoices
  • You can send invoices via email or regular mail
  • Recurring billing for services like web hosting or monthly website maintenance
  • It works with PayPal, Authorize.net and the other big gateways
  • It has a Support Ticket system
  • It has a Project tool to manage projects, tasks, clients and to track hours on each project

All in all it seems like it has some really neat features and it reasonably priced. I’m gonna use the free online invoicing account to see if it is really worth buying. So far I am happy with the service, check out FreshBooks for yourself.
